We can provide visual aerial inspections of roofs, solar panels, gutters, fascias, soffits, garages, commercial buildings and other hard-to-reach areas. We can also provide aerial photography for properties, developments and events.
No. Aerial inspections can often be carried out without physical access to the roof, making them useful for areas that are difficult or unsafe to reach from the ground.
No. Our drone inspections are visual inspections only and are intended to identify visible issues that may require further investigation. They do not replace structural surveys, building surveys or specialist inspections.
Yes. We can provide photographs and, where appropriate, video footage captured during the aerial inspection or photography service.
Drone operations are subject to applicable aviation requirements, the location, surrounding airspace and weather conditions. If conditions aren’t suitable or safe, we may need to rearrange the visit.
Vacant Property Inspections & Support

Yes. Our post-storm inspection includes the standard visual property check together with an aerial roof inspection where conditions allow. We’ll document any obvious damage or issues that we identify.

Practical local support for occupied properties, rental properties and homes being prepared for sale or letting.
Remote Property Viewings
Can't travel to view a property? We can attend on your behalf and give you a live or recorded view of the property remotely.
Ideal for prospective buyers, renters or holiday-home guests who are unable to attend in person.
Viewings of additional properties within a 5 mile radius, within 1 hour of the previous viewing, are charged at £45 per viewing.
